Three Monthly Support Tickets. Your support incidents are intended for assistance with one-off issues or help requests but can be used for virtually any assistance you require. Responses to support incidents are provided via email, phone, or Skype. As a Standard Support client, you are entitled to three individual support incidents (or up to 3 hours of remote consulting time).
Access to the EXCLUSIVE Knowledgebase. The Knowlegebase is an EXCLUSIVE resource that consists of frequently asked questions, whitepapers, and solutions that I have designed and implemented. It also includes VALIDATED solutions to problems I've encountered in the field.
Invite to Weekly Group Call. As a Stanard support customer, you are also invited to the weekly Group Call. Issues encountered the previous week are discussed by me and all other support clients. It's a fantastic resource that leverages a "crowdsourced-style" support structure to provide answers that are often difficult to track down. The Group Call also provides a great opportunity to share knowledge.
Discounted Consulting Rate. Standard support clients are also entitled to my discounted consulting rate of just $99 per hour. My normal consulting rate is $149 per hour so this represents a discount of 33% off the normal rate. By leveraging my discounted consulting rate, Standard support customers can effectively white-label my consulting services and still charge a significant markup, resulting in additional profits.
